That Dream
That Dream never seemed so far away as I gaze around the room.
Those old feelings don't seem so long ago.
I still reach out for a change in their heart.
Still want it to be different.
I realize it's not them that have to change it is me.
Me, Myself and I.
Then, as I change they will.
My dream might come true.
But only after my nightmare disappears.
Then and only then will I find what I am looking for.
